How does voting work?

The week of the AGM you will receive an email with information on how to vote via a website, Simply Voting. You will also receive an invitation to participate in a sample vote to ensure your vote can be counted.

The Association’s lawyers will be managing the voting process and will be the only parties able to access the results of the vote. They will announce the results of each vote at the AGM.

During the AGM you will be asked to log on to Simply Voting’s website. As votes are called, they will appear on the website screen and you’ll be able to vote. Voting will be open for a specific amount of time for each vote.
