This November, the Centennial College Alumni Association (CCAA) is taking steps to raise awareness for men’s health — walking and running a collective 600 KM, such as; Prostate Cancer, Testicular Cancer, Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and many more.
Every kilometer represents the 60 men lost each hour to suicide worldwide. Together, we’re moving to spark conversations, support mental wellness, and help change the face of men’s health.
