Important Details:

  • Audience: Recommended for ages 6 and up. All attendees must have a ticket.
  • Performance Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes, including intermission.
  • Advisory: The performance includes theatrical effects such as fog, strobe lights, and loud sounds.
  • Access to the Theatre: You are advised to be at the theatre before 6:45 PM, as the door will close at exactly 7:00 PM for a special part of the performance.
  • Ticket Sales: All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. We will issue hard copy of the tickets, please collect the tickets from the box office.

BY PURCHASING TICKET(S) YOU AGREE TO CENTENNIAL COLLEGE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION INC. WAIVER AND RELEASE In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in Centennial College Alumni Association, related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledge, appreciates, and willingly agrees that: I have read this waiver and release in its entirety prior to signing below, and understand that by purchasing below, I am waiving and releasing any and all rights which I, my dependents, heirs, successors, assigns, executors or administrators might have, and I understand that I am releasing the Centennial College Alumni Association Inc., and all of its Officers, Directors, Servants and Agents (collectively the “Releases”) from any liability whatsoever arising out of or in connection with my participation in the CCAA Goes to : The LION KING (Musical) (the “trip”), including any liability due to the negligence of the Releases’ or of a breach of contract by the Releases in the course of my participation or involvement in the trip. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the trip, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my dependents, heirs, successors, assigns, executors, and administrators, hereby release and forever discharge the Releases and waive any rights which I might have against the Releases with respect to any claims and liabilities whatsoever, without limitation, in connection with all activities associated with my participation in the trip including any loss, damage, injury or expense, whether permanent or temporary, suffered by me. I further confirm that I am over the age of 19, and I do have government-issued photo ID to prove my age.

PHOTO CONSENT I do hereby give Centennial College Alumni Association, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my name, picture, portrait, or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite, for advertising, for publication or any other lawful purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, which may be created in connection therewith.

The Centennial College Alumni Association (the "Association" or "CCAA") reserves the right to refuse, reject, and/or cancel any payment or transaction at its sole discretion, without prior notice. In the event that a payment or transaction is rejected or canceled by the Association, the Association will issue a full refund of the amount paid, subject to the following conditions: Third-Party Fees: Any fees, charges, or costs incurred by third-party payment processors (such as credit card transaction fees, bank processing fees, or other service charges) are non-refundable. These fees are the responsibility of the payer and will not be reimbursed by the Association. Fraud Prevention and Security: The Association may reject or cancel a transaction if there are concerns of , but not limited to; fraudulent activity, security breaches, or violations of the Association’s policies or terms of service. In such cases, the Association will notify the payer of the cancellation and provide a refund for the payment, excluding any third-party fees. Refund Processing Time: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed promptly but may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in the payer’s account, depending on the processing times of the payment provider or bank involved. Ticket Resale Prohibition: The resale of tickets, whether for profit or otherwise, is strictly prohibited by the Association. Any individual or entity found attempting to resell tickets to CCAA events, whether through online platforms, physical resale, or other means, may have their tickets voided, and may be subject to further action, including legal penalties or a ban from future events. The Association retains the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold, and any payments made in connection with such resold tickets will not be refunded. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a payment or transaction, the payer must contact the Association within 30 days of the transaction date for resolution. After this period, the Association will not be held liable for any disputes relating to the transaction. Policy Modifications: The Association reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official CCAA website or through other communication methods. Continued use of the services or participation in CCAA events after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
